Professionals from museums and other organizations framed and oriented towards the cultural sector struggle for sustainable resources that allow them to carry out their professional functions more easily.

These functions include the documentation of museological collections and cultural heritage in general.   Adequate documentation regarding the identification of support materials and their conservation condition is paramount to support decisions regarding interventions to be undertaken, in terms of their preservation and their safe access to society, for all of our enjoyment.

Such coveted resources are not easy to find, but ENDLESS Metal can help in terms of metallic materials, as it provides professionals with portable, low-cost, minimally invasive, easy-to-use, and easily accessible analytical tools, which can be used individually or in combination. Let's present them:

DiscoveryMat, an application for the analysis of metal and alloy compositions;

MiCorr, an application for identifying metal families and understanding corrosion structures;

Pleco, an instrument for identifying corrosion products formed on the surface of metals.

This training school was the first one of two planned and targets young professionals and/or students who aspire to be so. We will come back with news about it, later.

15 lucky young professionals from all around Europe (Denmark, France, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and Switzerland) benefited from this first training school. It is expected that they develop competencies in using the tools and that they will contribute to their optimization and enhancement. It will be a dynamic process to which everyone is invited.

Follow and join us and we will all benefit from the transformative power of synergistic relationships!
